If my size is not in stock can I order it in?
Some of our products we can re-stock, but unfortunately not all, as they are made especially for us and this means we are usually working nearly a year in advance. These items we have to have certain numbers before they can go into production. Use the "Question" button located on each product page to get in contact with us, you just never know.
Do you ship overseas?
Azure Beach can ship anywhere in the world. International shipping rates are displayed in the Delivery tab on each product page.
How can I track my order?
All parcels are sent with Australia Post and have a tracking number. You will forwarded your tracking number upon dispatch of your order.
How long does the delivery take?
Depending on whether we have your item in stock, or we have to get it in for you. If the product size has a green "Add to Cart" button, this is in stock and able to ship immediately. If there is a black "Pre-Order" button, this will also show the timeframe before we can ship. We then use Australia Post Express Post, which is 2-3 days depending where you are located in Australia.
International delivery is Express and about 1 week from dispatch.
