Pre-Order Shipping Timeframes

Add to Cart - Item ready to be shipped, these are in store available to send immediately, and will be done so Express.

Pre-Order - Item is expected to ship by :within one week, these items come from our Australian warehouse they will be dispatched to you within the week.

Pre-Order - Item is expected to ship in 3 weeks

We work with our swimwear manufacturing partners warehouses out of Germany and the UK to offer our customers their perfect cup size swimwear. We offer every size they have available in their warehouses for Pre-Order, so that our customers have more choice in their desired fit. They will be shipped to our store and then dispatched Express to you in approx 3 weeks.

If swimwear sizes are listed on the collection page, this means they are in Australia and available to be shipped immediately.

We are a high customer service site, and can be contacted by email anytime with a response time of within 24 hours.

We ship World Wide and use Australia Post International delivery.

World Wide Shipping Charges

Some countries will have their own import duties and other taxes on goods when entering their country, where which the purchaser will be responsible for.

- PRE-ORDER SWIMWEAR PRODUCTS -

PRE-ORDER Products are items which we have available but are not in stock.

Delivery time is approximately 21 days (within Australia, can be a little longer for overseas delivery). We try and make sure pre-order products are delivered to you asap. Please allow and extra 7-10 days for overseas deliveries.

If you combine pre-order products with our usual in stock items in your order, then your order will not be sent out until we have all of the items in stock. We recommend if you to order both in-stock and pre-order items, put through two separate orders if you want to receive the in-stock products quickly.

In some rare instances, the supplier may sell out of the item before we can order it. If this happens we will contact you and offer you a refund or you may exchange it for another item.
