If my size is not in stock can i order it in?

Some of our products we can re-stock, but unfortunately not all, as they are made especially for us and this means we are usually working nearly a year in advance. These items we have to have certain numbers before they can go into production. Use the "Ask a Question" button located on each product page to get in contact with us, you just never know.

Can you ship overseas?

Azure can ship anywhere in the world. The cost of shipping will be calculated by Australia Post, this is the charge that will be forwarded onto the customer. Free shipping over $200 does not apply to overseas shipping.

We have a flat rate of $25 to New Zealand and the USA for up to 1kg. Rest of the world $50 flat rate for up to 1kg. Shipments over 1kg will be charged at the rate of Australia Post.

How can i track my order?

All parcels are sent with Australia Post and have a tracking number. Should you wish to track you order please contact by email and we will forward you your number.

How long does the delivery take?

Depending on whether we have your item in stock, or we have to get it in for you. This can take up to 5-10 days, but we do our utmost to make this happen as quickly as possible. We then use Australia Post Express Post, which is 2-3 days from Broome.

I have received a discount code, how do I redeem it?

After you have selected the items you wish to purchase by putting them in your cart, you take them to the checkout. In the checkout you will need to enter your name and shipping details, at the payment section you are asked for your discount code, enter your code here and it will deduct any discount then. Please be aware you can only claim one discount per sale.
