Shipping & Returns
- Delivery Terms -
All orders will be processed ASAP, once payments have been cleared. All items are sent using Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post. Please allow 5 - 10 days for packing, as sometimes we may need to restock an item. When shipping we use Australia Post Express Post bags, unless the order is over the size or weight of the pre-designed bags, where Australia Post road service will be used. Please be aware that Express Post shipping from Broome is not an overnight service, allow 2-3 days.
Unfortunately we are unable to instruct Australia Post on there delivery procedures, so if delivery is not possible a card for collection will be left.
We ship World Wide and use Australia Post International delivery.

Choose the shipping weight you think will be applicable, we will then a refund or extra charge should that be necessary after shipping charges are calculated by Australia Post.
Take advantage of the current low Australia Dollar to offset your shipping costs.
Some countries will have their own import duties and other taxes on goods when entering their country, where which will be on the purchaser will be responsible for.
- PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS -
PRE-ORDER Products are items which we have available but are not in stock.
Delivery time is approximately 21 days (within Australia, can be a little longer for overseas delivery). We try and make sure pre-order products are delivered to you asap. Please allow and extra 7-10 days for overseas deliveries.
If you combine pre-order products with our usual in stock items in your order, then your order will not be sent out until we have all of the items in stock. We recommend if you to order both in-stock and pre-order items, put through two separate orders if you want to receive the in-stock products quickly.
In some rare instances, the supplier may sell out of the item before we can order it. If this happens we will contact you and offer you a refund or you may exchange it for another item.
- Returns & Exchanges -
Azure wants you to be fully satisfied with your on-line purchase. We will gladly replace, exchange or refund your on-line purchase, other than items designated as "on sale", received within 30 days from the invoice date as long as the items are in a saleable condition with all tags intact and attached. Returns must be unworn and unwashed. Please ensure, for hygene purposes, underwear is worn when trying on swimwear. Credits will be issued based on original method of payment, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
To return items purchased on-line, simply complete the "Exchange & Refund Form" that was delivered to you with your order. If you require any assistance, use the contact us section in the main menu.
Please complete the form comprehensively so that we can process your request efficiently. If you require an exchange, please be sure to provide full description of the requested item including product name, size and colour.
Please note that postage charges for returning items for refund or exchange are to be paid by the customer. The cost of shipping the exchanged items back to the customer will be paid by Azure.
Where Azure Beach provides free delivery for all purchases, please note that the cost of delivery will be retained from the purchase sum unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (for example, if they are faulty or not as ordered).
