“Moorditj Koorliny” is a tribute to the collective strength of the NAIDOC movement. It is not just a tribute to a few, but to the thousands of hands that have carried us through 50 Years of Deadly. From the first steps in 1976 to the leaders of today, it celebrates the “Moorditj Koorliny” (Strong Journey) of our people. It is the story of a movement that never rests, honouring the collective power of those walking together. This work recognises the unwavering leadership and dedicated people who have ensured the movement remained solid and focused throughout the last half-century.
