PAINTING STORY

Ramindjeri were an indigenous Australian people forming part of the Kukabrak grouping now otherwise known as the Ngarrindjeri people. They were the most westerly Ngarrindjeri, living in the area around Encounter Bay and Goolwa in southern South Australia, including Victor Harbor and Port Elliot.   When Ngurunderi came down the River Murray making the country with the help of Pondi ( Murray Cod) Ngarrinderi made the people of the land, he made us the Ngarrinderi People of the River Murray, Lake Coorong out to Kangaroo Island.

Love it!

I searched for and wide to find these shirts, they’re just what I’ve been wanting. Excellent quality, rich colours and I feel so proud wearing them.

Favourite shirt ever!

This is my new favourite shirt. The colours are gorgeous! I’ve had so many compliments already. The fabric is soft and clearly good quality. I love that the artist story comes printed with the shirt (as it should).

My only negative thought would be that most shirts have a button just below the collar, these do not. I have to choose to button all the way up or have it open quite low.

These shirts are just what I’ve been wanting! The colours are gorgeous and they are so soft and light, they’re going to be great to wear in summer and layering them up in winter. I searched for shirts twitch all-over Aboriginal print and include clear acknowledgement of the artist and their story. These shirts are perfect.
